Hello! I’m Kate, Certified Pediatric Sleep Expert, it’s nice to meet you! I am a mother with a passion for family health and wellness, to include the importance of restorative sleep. I am the founder of The Night Night Nursery, Infant and Toddler sleep consulting, and I’m so glad you’re here! I look forward to learning more about your story. We provide parents and caregivers with guidance and support to optimize their child’s sleep habits. By assessing your child’s unique needs, we create a personalized sleep plan with strategies to establish healthy sleep routines that align with your parenting style and that you find comfortable to implement.
We address issues such as bedtime struggles, night wakings, nap resistance and transitions, sleep regressions and more. Through education on sleep development, optimal sleep environments and effective techniques for soothing and settling your child, we give parents and caregivers the tools to transform even the toughest sleep challenges.
Sleep difficulties can be stressful for families. During the process, we offer compassionate and reliable support to help you achieve better sleep for your child and for you. ❤️
